Shari's Approach

Active listening and powerful questioning are the foundation to all coaching sessions and consulting projects. Clients know themselves best and will set the pace for identifying and prioritizing the areas in which they want to work.

As an advocate, connector, and committed problem-solver, I look forward to working with clients who will examine the existing systems in which they live and work. I use my counseling and coaching training along with my personal and professional experiences to encourage and support my clients. Through discovery, reflective and clarification exercises, clients will create actionable plans in order to reach their goals.

Topics discussed during coaching sessions and materials shared to and with clients will be kept strictly confidential.
